I’ve never used this before, do I need training?

The site has been designed to be as intuitive as possible. Simply select the product you would like and the site will guide you through what is required to complete your order. Some items are customisable like business cards whereas some items are ‘off the shelf’ and do not need customising. Simply follow the website enter the details required and place your order.

How is my order sent?

All orders are sent via tracked methods. Different locations around the world use different couriers but our system will email you the tracking link once an order has been despatched.

When will I get my cards?

From placement of order we aim to despatch your orders within 48 hours or 2 working days. Once despatched it depends on your location as to how quickly you will get the order. Most main locations in the US and Europe will get the order within 1-2 days after despatch. Some remote locations or countries with more complex import regimes will likely be delayed. We advise you check your tracking email to monitor progress.

What if I can't find the business card I'm looking for?

The card templates are prescribed by Shell and not by us. If the card you require is not there please get in touch with us at shellsupport@rapidity.com and we will forward your request to central Shell. If they approve of your request we can create the template and place it on the site for future use.

What email address do I need to register?

To register an account on this website, you must use one of the following email address domains:

Do I need to get approval before creating my business cards?

Yes, please ensure that you have obtained your line manager’s approval before requesting business cards on this site. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the information on your business card is correct and compliant for the entity and country that you are employed in.

Can I still use my local supplier?

Rapidity is the global contract holder for all Shell stationery and all orders must be placed through this site.

How do I add information which isn’t available on the corporate business card template?

The business card templates are designed and prescribed by Shell. They can not be altered or amended. If you would like to request changes please email us and we will forward your comments to Shell central.

Can I edit my order?

Once your order has been placed we can not amend it or cancel it. This is because the order process is automated and in many cases the cards are printed instantly. Our advice is to re-order what you require.

What do I do if my details are too long for the business card?

The business card templates are designed and prescribed by Shell. They can not be altered or amended. If you would like to request changes please email us and we will forward your comments to Shell central.

How can I order a set of cards in my local language?

The system we have allows for different languages and many local languages. However, if you can not create what you need please email us your details and we can create the card for you manually.

I placed two or more separate orders, can they be combined into one delivery?

When placing an order, you will be charged a set amount for delivery. If your items are in the same basket, they will be sent together if possible, but due to the nature of on demand print, separate orders will always be sent in their own consignment.

Can I re-order something I've ordered in the past?

To re-order previous business cards, simply click on your username in the top righthand corner of the page, click on 'Orders' and find the old order you want. If you then press the Re-order button, it will be added to your basket.

What If I need my order quickly?

We provide the quickest service globally that is possible. However, if you require your order exceptionally fast please get in touch with us and we will advise if we can help.

Where do my orders get printed?

Your order is printed to the most local print provider in order to provide quick response rates and lowest carbon impact. Once an order is placed our system analyses the delivery address and routes the order to the nearest authorised print centre.

Isn’t printing bad for the environment?

No. Our printing is fully carbon offset, produced on paper from sustainable sources and fully recyclable. It is produced as local as possible.

Can I download a digital version?

Can I have a QR code on my business cards?
